Our cancellation policy is simple: If you need to cancel or reschedule your tour for any reason—whether it’s due to unforeseen circumstances or simply a change of plans—just let us know up to 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be more than happy to issue a full refund without any hassle.

The price of our tour includes your guide, as well as all food and drinks along the way. You are not required to bring any money during the tour.
You are more than welcome to tip your guide – although it’s not at all required!
There’s no need to purchase any textbooks or learning materials for our one-time Survival Mandarin class.
If you take an online class, then you’ll need a notebook and pen to help you remember the class content! If you meet us for a face-to-face session, we’ll provide you with these.
Our services generally require booking at least one day in advance. However, you are always welcome to contact us directly to check availability – we may be able to accomodate!
We usually require a minimum of 2 people for a tour due to the operating costs, our booking form does not accept single bookings.
Of course, you are welcome to come alone but you will have to pay the two person minimum cost for the tour.
